【摘要】 简要介绍了4π硅球探测器的设计结构、探测器的制备工艺及性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper it was described briefly the design and structure of the 4πsilicon ball detector system, meanwhile the fabrication process and properties of individual detector of the system were described also.
