【Abstract】 A new low noise, fast charge sensitive preamplifier developed recently is introduced in brief in this paper. A new design is adopted to implement this preamplifier which mainly consists of slow noise NFET transistor and an integrated low noise, highspeed operational amplifier. The equivalent input noise is ≤2.2keV at 0pF.This preamplifier features simple structure, small dimensions, fast risetime of output pulse, low noise ,excellent stability and low cost.更多还原
