Co-TiO2纳米复合材料及其组织性能研究
Preparation and microstructure of the Co-TiO2 nanocomposite
【摘要】 以钛酸丁脂及冰醋酸分别为先驱体和螯合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过水解缩聚作用制备多孔结构的TiO2基体,在孔隙中引入金属相粒子得到纳米金属陶瓷复合材料。通过实验,研究了不同组分的Co-TiO2纳米复合材料结构和组织随温度变化机理,确定了相变转变温度,并初步分析Co含量对组装体系磁学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 With HAC as the complexing agent and Ti(OBu)4 as the precursor in the preparation,the mesoporous titania base was successfully synthesized via the solgel process,and the metallic ceramic nanocomposite was obtained by introducing the metallics into the pores. The influence of nanosized metal particles on the microstructure and phases transfer temperature of the nanosized TiO2 was studied. And then the magnetic properties of the metallic ceramic nanocomposites were studied.
