TBAB催化合成乙酸异丙酯
SYNTHESIS OF ISOPROPYL ACETATE BY PHASE TRANSFER CATALYST TBAB
【摘要】 利用相转移催化剂四丁基碘化铵(TBAB)催化合成乙酸异丙酯,最佳反应条件如下:催化剂用量0.38 g/0.1 mol乙酸,醇酸比1:2,反应时间1 h,收率87.2%.实验证明,相转移催化对该酯化反应是高效、低成本和实用的合成方法。
【Abstract】 Use of TBAB as phase trasfer catalyst on the estcrification of isopropyl acetate was studied. The optimized conditions are as following: the weight of catalyst is 0. 38 g/0. 1 mol acetic acid, the mole ratio of alchol to acid is 1 : 2 and the reaction time is 1h. The chemical yield was87. 2%. Experiment results showed that phase transfer catalyst (TBAB) is a highly active catalyst for this reaction. It is an inexpensive and very practical method.
