【摘要】 高等教育工作者应该很好地了解大学生的学习动机 ,并努力培养和激发大学生的学习动机 ,这样高等教育工作者才能对大学生进行有效的教育教学工作 ,才能实施相应的教育教学对策

【Abstract】 Educators shoule understand and make use of students’ learning motivation, so that effective measure can be used to improve their learning efficiency.
