模型燃气轮机燃烧室三维反应流数值模拟
Numerical simulation of three-dimension reacting flows in model gas turbine combustor
【摘要】 对一种模型燃气轮机燃烧室中的三维反应流进行了数值模拟.模型燃烧室的燃料是CH4,燃烧类型是预混燃烧.在数值模拟过程中,湍流场的计算采用了k-ε双方程湍流模型;燃烧模型采用EBU漩涡破碎模型;在计算化学反应时采用了简单化学反应系统假设.另外在数值模拟过程中考虑了辐射问题,具体采用六通量辐射模型.通过数值模拟给出了速度、压力、温度、焓值、燃料分布、含氧量、燃烧产物、燃料空气混合比、湍流粘性系数、湍流耗散动能、以及空间3个方向的辐射热通量等变量的分布情况.对计算结果进行了分析,由分析可以验证数值模拟结果的准确性.并对模型燃烧室进行三维反应流数值模拟的工作为今后对实际燃烧室反应流的数值模拟打下了一定的基础.
【Abstract】 While the simulation was run with CH4 as the fuel,and premixed combustion, k-ε turbulence model and eddybreakup model were used with a simple chemistry reaction system used to calculate the chemical reaction, and a sixflux radiation model used to taken into account the radiation .The distributions of vector, pressure, temprature, enthalpy, fuel, oxygen, combustion products, fuel air mixing ratio, turbulence viscosity coefficient, turbulence dissipation kinetic energy and the radiative heat flux was established as the results of simulation.
