一种带有阈下信道的混合密码体制方案设计

【摘要】 利用分组密码和公钥密码的特点 ,取长补短 ,设计了一种同时利用分组密码和公钥密码的多密钥通信保密方案 ,并含有阈下信道技术。

【Abstract】 The paper utilizes block cipher′s and public-key cipher′s character, a method is designed, in which simultaneously utilizes block cipher and public-key cipher, including threshold channel.
