高入口过冷度工况沸腾流道内真实含汽率理论计算
Prediction of Mass Quality in Boiling Flow for High Inlet Subcooling
【摘要】 掌握沸腾流道内真实含汽率的计算方法对于受热工况下两相流动相分布特性的预测极为重要。本文基于沸腾流道内热平衡微分方程,通过相应的理论推导,建立了一个高入口过冷度工况沸腾流道内真实含汽率的计算模型,模型中同时给出了饱和沸腾起始点的计算公式。将模型计算结果与现有实验数据进行了比较,结果表明该模型可获得满意的预测结果。
【Abstract】 The prediction of mass quality in boiling flow is significant for the calculation of phase distribution in diabatic two-phase flow. A new predictive model for the mass quality for high inlet subcooling is developed in this paper by the analysis of heat balance equation, and correlation for the onset of saturated boiling is also proposed in this model. The comparison between experimental data and predictive results shows that this model can predict mass quality successfully in boiling flow.
