ZIRLO合金和Zr-4合金在LiOH水溶液中耐腐蚀性能的研究

【摘要】 比较了ZIRLO合金和Zr-4合金两种样品在350℃、16.8MPa、0.04MLiOH水溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,发现Zr-4合金样品在腐蚀转折之前的腐蚀增重比ZIRLO合金稍低,这时两种样品的氧化膜相对完整而致密。用二次离子质谱仪(SIMS)测量Li+在两种合金样品氧化膜剖面中的分布,发现Li+进入Zr-4合金氧化膜的深度比ZIRLO合金浅,但浓度比较高。而腐蚀至68天在Zr-4合金样品腐蚀发生转折后,其腐蚀增重远高于ZIRLO合金,这是因为此时Zr-4合金样品氧化膜因疏松而失去保护作用,而ZIRLO合金样品腐蚀至82天氧化膜仍致密而完整。ZIRLO合金中细小的bNb和Zr-Fe-Nb第二相粒子可能对保持氧化膜的完整性有重要作用。

【Abstract】 The corrosion resistance of ZIRLO and Zr-4 alloys in 0.04MLiOH aqueous solution at 350℃、16.8MPa has been studied. The weight gain of Zr-4 is lower than that of ZIRLO alloy before transition and the oxide films of both alloys are integrity and dense. SIMS analysis was performed to determine the Li+ profile in the oxide films on both specimens, which have an equal thickness about 2mm. The penetration depth of Li+ in the Zr-4 specimens is shallow, and the content of Li+ is higher than that of ZIRLO specimens. When specimens were exposed to 68 days, the corrosion transition of Zr-4 specimens occurred and the weight gain is far higher than that of ZIRLO specimens. Zr-4 specimens have loose oxide, while ZIRLO specimens have dense and integrity oxide even being exposed for 82 days. The fine bNb or Zr-Fe-Nb second phase particles in ZIRLO alloy might play an important role in keeping the integrity of the oxide films on ZIRLO specimens.
