【Abstract】 Under new competitive market environment, ASM, the service of maintaining the stability of frequency and voltage to ensure stable and economical operation of the power grid from technical and economic views must be involved in the market oriented operation. The market oriented operations of SAM of different countries were analyzed and studied comparatively from aspects of market mode, transaction manner, pricing mechanism and dispatching method. Problems of market mode and transaction manner of China’s ASM were discussed under the China’s condition. Reasonable suggestion was put forward for market oriented operation of ASM in China.更多还原
