【Abstract】 The third party logistics is the current model of modern logistics and the third profit resource of enterprises. Development of the third party logistics in shipbuilding enterprises will make the enterprises concentrate their efforts on their main businesses, reduce their inventory, and improve their productivity. But the development of the third party logistics is restricted to some degree for some adverse causes in the shipbuilding enterprises and shipbuilding material companies.
