【摘要】 目的 :探讨 5F -RH导管在肝癌介入治疗中的临床价值。方法 :利用 5F -RH导管的结构特性 ,运用超选择插管技术 ,研究这一技术与临床疗效的关系。结果 :1 0 0例肝癌患者运用 5F -RH导管行肝动脉超选择插管 2 1 1次 ,其中 1 92次成功 ,成功率为 91 % ;1 9次未成功。 91例在超选择插管基础上行TAI+TAE治疗 ,取得了较好的临床效果。结论 :应用 5F -RH导管更容易达到肝癌的供血动脉 ,有利于超选择治疗 ,提高了肝癌的介入疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 5F-RH catheter in interventional hepatoma therapy. Methods:To study the relationship between the technique and the clinical outcome by using the structuaral characteristic of 5F-RH catheter and exerting the superselective catheteration technique. Result:We performed the hepatoma arteries catheterization with 5F-RH catheter for 211 times in 100 patients who suffered hepatic carcinoma. Of which,192 times succeeded, 19 times didn’t. The rate of success arrived 91percent. We performed the TAI+TAE therapies for 91times on the base of the superselective catheterization. The curative effect was good. Conclusion: It is easy to arrive at hepatoma arteries by 5F-RH catheter and it also enhance effection of interventional hepatoma therapy by performing superselective therapy. Thus,it is aprediction for superselective catheterization in this kind of technique.更多还原
