【摘要】 介绍了DQ-4型高效催化剂在环管聚丙烯装置上的应用,通过摸索分析,确定了最佳生产工艺条件:预聚温度为18～20℃,聚合温度为(70.00±0.05)℃,反应压力为(3.40±0.02)MPa,Al/丙烯为0.09～0.12kg/t。工业应用结果表明:DQ-4型高效催化剂活性、氢调性均较好,产品符合质量标准。使用DQ-4型高效催化剂后,每吨产品可以降低生产成本121.2元。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the first application of catalyst DQ-4 in a polypropylene plant with a loop reactor. Through the industrial operation, the optimum process conditions were determined, including pre -polymerization temperature of 18 - 20 ℃, polymerization temperature (70.00 ± 0.05)℃, reaction pressure (3.40 ± 0.02) MPa and ratio of Al to propylene 0.09 - 0.12 kg/t. The industrial application demonstrates that the catalyst’s activity and hydrogen adjustment capability are eminent. The product manufactured with the catalyst meets the quality requirement. The production cost per ton PP can he lowered by 121.2 Yuan RMB when using the catalyst DQ-4.更多还原
