微波合成非晶形ZrO2纳米粒子

【摘要】 在Zr(NO3) 4·5H2 O、聚乙二醇 (PEG)和脲的水溶液中 ,通过微波加热合成了约 8nm的非晶形ZrO2 纳米粒子 ,并用XRD、TEM进行了表征。

【Abstract】 Amorphous ZrO 2 nanoparticles of about 8 nm in size have been synthesized by a microwave irradiation heating technique from an aqueous solution in the presence of zirconium nitrate,polyethylene glycol-2000 and urea.The ZrO 2 nanoparticles are characterized by the techniques of TEM and XRD.
