【摘要】 从理论与实践结合的角度分析对口支援政策,阐述了对口支援政策实施的基本情况,说明了对口支援政策实施的作用与意义,并从理论和实践的对比分析中指出了对口支援政策今后实施的方向。

【Abstract】 This paper attempts to analyze the handinhandaid policy from the aspect of practice and theory combination and presents the practical situation. It proceeds to explain the significance and the prospect of the policy.
