甘薯近缘野生种杂交后代用作抗旱亲本的研究

【摘要】 利用抗旱系数法对具有近缘野生种抗逆基因的种间杂交后代y2、y6、y25和抗旱性好的甘薯品种丰收白、棠张17进行了耐旱鉴定。y2的抗旱系数为0.71,抗旱性强;y6的抗旱系数为0.35,抗旱性较强。用y2、y6与常用甘薯品种杂交,根据组合能力,杂交后代表现,认为其作为耐旱亲本具有利用价值。

【Abstract】 By drought coefficient method, we made drought resistance determination for the offspring with relative species resistance gene, y2, y6 and y25 , and the drought resistance sweet potato variety " Fengshoubai", " Tangzhang 17" . The drought coefficient of y2and y6 are 0. 71 and 0. 35 respectively, and their characters of drought resistance are best and better separately. By the combination ability and offspring expression with conventional sweet potato variety, it is considered that y2 and y6 are useful as drought resistance parent.
