紫外光固化胶粘剂的制备及性能研究
Study on Preparation and Behavior of Ultraviolet-curing Adhesive
【摘要】 研究了一种紫外光固化胶粘剂的制备及性能.以甲苯二异氰酸酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为基本原料合成预聚物,再添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂等,制成紫外光固化胶粘剂;采用该胶粘剂粘接试片,考察了贮存时间对光固化时间和粘接强度的影响.通过正交试验获得了紫外光固化胶粘剂的较佳配比和制备条件.所研制的光固化胶粘剂在制出之后放置约20h,其性能将较为稳定.
【Abstract】 To research the preparation of an ultravioletcuring adhesive and its behavior, prepolymer was synthesized when tolylene diisocyanate and 2hydroxyethyl methacrylate were used as basic raw materials. Ultravioletcuring adhesive was prepared through adding photoinitiator and active diluent etc. into the prepolymer. By means of bonding testpieces with this adhesive, the effect of shelftime on curing time and adhesion strength has been investigated. The better formulation and preparation conditions of ultravioletcuring adhesives were obtained through orthogonal experiment. The properties of concerned ultravioletcuring adhesives will be more stable after 20 h when prepared.
