共聚法负载茂钛催化剂催化苯乙烯聚合的研究——Ⅱ苯乙烯的配位聚合
Study on Polymerization of Styrene with Copolymer-supported Metallocene/Grignard Reagent (RMgBr) Catalytic System
【摘要】 共聚法合成了负载茂钛催化剂,并与格氏试剂(RMgBr)组成催化体系,考察了催化反应温度、催化体系的组成,催化剂浓度和Mg/Ti物质的量之比等因素对苯乙烯聚合的影响.结果表明,负载化可提高催化活性,减少活性中心的偶联衰减,催化活性与负载催化剂的结构、反应条件等因素密切相关.
【Abstract】 The copolymer-supported metallocene/Grignard reagent catalyst for polymerization of styrene was prepared. Polymerization of styrene initiated by supported CpTi(OBu)3 / RMgBr catalytic system was investigated under different polymerization, different Grignard reagents, different Mg/Ti molar rations and so on. The results demonstrated that supportation of the metallocene can increase the catalytic active of metallocene and the catalytic active is associated with the structure of copolymer-supported metallocene, polymerization conditions.
