【摘要】 改革开放的成就之一就是“民间”的再生 ,随着改革深入 ,在经济领域起关键作用的行业社团得以复活。入世之后 ,政府职能进一步转化 ,急需民间发挥更大作用。然现存的行业社团基本上是自上而下改制的结果 ,带有很深计划经济的烙印 ,不能适应入世需要。行业社团有必要以入世后需要为基本出发点 ,以自主性为存在基石 ,同时挖掘汲取传统社团的精华而重构。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the great achievements with reform and opening is revive of Chinese civil society. Professional associations playing an important role in the social economic field has been revived with development reform. Form taking part in WTO and changing the government function, civil society should bring into playing great action. On the otherwise, the current Professional associations which is the result of reforming functions from top to bottom have deep brand of planned economy, so they can’t adapt requirement for china to join World Trade Organization.
