直接利用糖质原料生产L-苹果酸菌种的选育
Screening of over-producing L-malic acid mutant by sugar fermentation
【摘要】 从土壤中筛选到一株产L -苹果酸的黄曲霉菌 ,经紫外线、亚硝基胍 (NTG)、硫酸二乙酯(DES)和6 0 Co辐射等诱变处理 ,并经多次分离得到一株性能稳定的高产L -苹果酸突变株黄曲霉HA5 80 0 ,35℃、2 0 0r min摇瓶发酵 12 0h ,产L -苹果酸 72g L、糖酸转化率为 74 .2 2 % ,经山东省卫生防疫站检定 ,该菌株不产黄曲霉毒素B1。
【Abstract】 One strain Aspergillus flavus which could accumulate L-malic acid was isolated from soil samples. It was treated with U.V.,NTG, 60Co and DES, and an over-producing L-malic acid mutant Aspergillus flavus HA5800 by sugar fermentation was obtained.The L-malic acid yield and the conversion ratio of sugar to acid in shake-flask operation reached 72.0g/L and 74.22% respectively. There was no aflatoxin B 1 in the culture broth.
