玉米淀粉粘合剂制备工艺的优化研究

【摘要】 采用复合氧化剂和正交试验法,以胶液粘度、粘接强度、干燥时间和稳定性为评价指标,优选出了制备玉米淀粉粘合剂的最佳工艺条件。讨论了影响淀粉粘合剂性能的因素,重点分析了复合氧化剂和硼砂的作用机理,以及蛋白质和脂肪酸含量与粘合剂稳定性的关系。实验结果表明:用复合氧化剂和优化工艺制得的玉米淀粉粘合剂粘度大,初粘力大,强度高,干燥时间短,稳定性好。

【Abstract】 Corn starch adhesive has been prepared by oxidation of corn starch with composite oxidant. The optimum technology conditions for the manufacturing corn starch adhesive were selected by orthogonal experimental design with viscosity?shear strength?drying time and stability as evaluation index. The main factors influencing the properties of the title adhesive were discussed. The action mechanism of composite oxidant and borax on core starch were analyzed. The result shown that the adhesive had many advantages, such as high bonding strength, shorter drying time, excellent stability, stronger initial adhesion.
