【Abstract】 A new method of determination of trace selenium have been studied by spectrofluorimetric determination of 1,10 phenanthroline-selenium complexes.Appropriate conditions of measurement were selected.From the determination of the linear relationship of calibration curve,the result indicates that the method has better precision.The linear range was 0～8 0×10 -9 mol·L -1 and the detection limit was 1 0×10 -9 mol·L -1 and RSD( n =6) was 0 47%.The recoveries standard addition were in the range of 92 6%～106 9%.更多还原
