1,10-邻菲口罗啉荧光光度法测定微量元素硒
Determination of Selenium by Fluorometry with 1,10-phenanthroline
【摘要】 研究了痕量元素硒的荧光强度测试新方法 ,进行了最佳条件实验。该法有良好的线性关系 (r=0 9991 ) ,检测限是 1 0× 1 0 - 9mol·L- 1,RSD (n =6)为 0 47% ,回收率在 92 6%~ 1 0 6.9%之间。
【Abstract】 A new method of determination of trace selenium have been studied by spectrofluorimetric determination of 1,10 phenanthroline-selenium complexes.Appropriate conditions of measurement were selected.From the determination of the linear relationship of calibration curve,the result indicates that the method has better precision.The linear range was 0~8 0×10 -9 mol·L -1 and the detection limit was 1 0×10 -9 mol·L -1 and RSD( n =6) was 0 47%.The recoveries standard addition were in the range of 92 6%~106 9%.
