高铬铸铁叶片局部定向凝固组织与性能研究

【摘要】 对高铬铸铁叶片的局部定向凝固组织与性能关系进行了实验室研究和工业性装机试验,确定了定向凝固对组织、硬度、密度和耐磨性能的影响,得出了适合的局部定向凝固工艺,所研制的高铬铸铁叶片耐用性获得明显提高。

【Abstract】 The relationship between local directional solidification structure and property for high chromium cast iron blade was studied in laboratory.The blade was tested on commercial plant.The influence of local directional solidification on microstructure,hardness,density and wear resistance were determined.The proper directional solidification process was proposed.The service life of high chromium cast iron blade is significantly prolonged.
