中草药黄芪中6种微量元素的溶出率研究

【摘要】 火焰原子吸收法测定了中草药黄芪原生药及汤剂中 6种微量元素 Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Mg、Sr的含量 ,并对其溶出率进行了计算。结果发现 ,6种元素的溶出率存在一定差异 ,Sr溶出率最大 ,为 2 4 .8% ;Fe元素溶出率最小 ,为 3.4 2 %。该结果为黄芪的有效成分研究提供了基础数据

【Abstract】 The dissolved rates of six microelements Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Mg,Sr in Chinese herbal drug radix astragali and their determination by FAAS are reported.The results show the dissolved rates of six microelements are different.Among the six microelements,the dissolved rate of Sr is the highest,while that of Fe is the lowest.It will offer some basic data for the study of active components in radix astragali.
