【摘要】 本文应用冷原子荧光法 ,采用 HNO3- H2 O2 的湿法消解体系 ,建立了中药中痕量汞的测定方法。同时 ,对样品的前处理方法和仪器工作条件进行了探讨和优化。在选定的实验条件下 ,测得检出限为 0 .0 3μg/ L,用国标物质桃叶验证结果与推荐值一致 ;用于实际样品的测定获得了满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The determinition of trace mercury in Chinese traditional medicine was studied by cold atomic fluorometry.The pretreatment ways of sample and the experimental conditions were optimized.The detection limit of this method is 0.03μg/L.Trace mercury in the standard reference substance peach leaf was also determinated according to this way and the result is in good agreement with certified value.This method has been proved to be simple,rapid,sensitive and convenient.更多还原
