【Abstract】 As the development of investigation on luminescence characteristics in ZnO films, various photoluminescence (PL) peaks corresponding different energies were found.In the present paper, the luminescence characteristics and corresponding mechanism for ZnO thin films prepared with different methods were reviewed. The PL spectra originated from transition between band and band, exciton recombination transition and defect level trasition were introduced.更多还原
