200MW高加用14MnMoVNi钢板工艺优化
Technical Optimization of 14MnMoVNi Steel Plate Applied in 200 MW High Pressure Heater
【摘要】 对鞍钢生产的 10 5mm厚的 14MnMoVNi钢板采用正交设计中多指标的分析方法进行了热处理试验 ,找出了合适的热处理工艺 ,使热处理后的钢板力学性能达到BHW 35钢板的要求 ,并用于 2 0 0MW高加封头上来代替BHW35钢板 ,保证了生产周期
【Abstract】 MnMoVNi steel plate made in Anshan I&SC. of which t he thickness is 105 mm had been made heat treatment test by multiple-target anal ytical method in orthogonal design in order to find right heat treatment technol ogy ,making steel plate mechanical properties after heat treatment meet BHW35 st eel plate’s requirement .It has taken the place of BHW35 steel plate being appli ed in 200 MW high pressure end and guaranteed the production cycle.
