极谱仪性能实验方法研究

【摘要】 详细研究了极谱仪的性能实验方法 ,提出了极谱仪性能实验的最佳条件 :检测测量的极谱条件 :初始电位 ,-0 .40V ;终止电位 ,-0 .90V .扫描速度 2 5 0mV s.三电极制 ,工作电极为滴汞电极 .二阶导数波 .使用较高灵敏度的量程挡 ,用以提高信噪比 .测量 :将检测限测试溶液加入至电解池中 ,氮气除氧 5min ,测量 ;将空白溶液加入至电解池中 ,氮气除氧 5min ,测量
【Abstract】 In this paper, the performance test method of polarograph is studied in detail, and the best conditions of the performance test about the polarohraph is put forward. The polarographic condition: intial potential is -0.40 V; final potential is -0.90 V; scanning speed is 250 mV/s; three potentials; working electrode is dropping mercury electrode; second derivative wave. In order to increase the signal-to-noise ratio we choise high sensitivity position. Mesuremrent : add the detectability test solution tothe electrolytic cell, nitrogen remove oxygen 5 min, measure; add the blank solution to the electrolytic cell, nitrogen remove oxygen 5 min, measure.
