【Abstract】 Chitin and chitosan are very valuable natural resources for human beings.More and more universities and institutes have paid attention to their exploitation and researches,since they are nonpoisonous and biological compatibility.The deacetylation of chitin was investigated in this paper.The effects of the main influencing factors such as temperature,concentration of alkali and reaction time on the degree of deacetylation of chitosan were discussed.The optimum conditions are:reaction time-8 hours,temperature-90 ℃ and concentration of NaOH-40%.更多还原
