【摘要】 根据高速公路项目建设进度管理的特点 ,结合开阳高速公路项目建设实际 ,简要介绍开阳高速公路项目建设过程中对部分工程所采取的进度管理的方法和措施

【Abstract】 On the basis of the speciality of progress management of expressway project and the construction practice of Kaiping Yangjiang Expressway construction, the methods and contermeasures of progress management of partial engineering during Kai Yang Expressway construction are introduced in this paper.
