【摘要】 在介绍清洁发展机制的内涵、意义以及国内外的发展情况的基础上,对我国电力行业推行清洁发展机制的潜力进行具体分析。并采用泰国亚洲理工大学(AIT)编制的综合资源规划软件(IRPA),以我国某省的电源规划方案为基础,对电力部门各种“清洁发展技术”方案进行分析判断,评估他们减少温室气体与其他有害物排放的潜力,分析结果表明我国电力行业推选清洁发展机制的潜力巨大。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the meaning and significance of “Clean Development Mechanism(CDM)”and the implementation potential of CDM in China power industry. On the basis of one province’spower plan in China, the Integrated Resource Planning Analysis (IRPA) model developed by AsianTechnology Institute(AIT) is used to identify some CDM projects and assess the mitigation potentialand cost benefits of greenhouse gas (GHG) and other harmful pollulant emissions.更多还原
