我国劳动关系的变革与道德基础的重建

【摘要】 我国计划经济体制下的劳动关系是一种行政关系 ,其道德基础是服从。随着市场化改革的深入 ,我国的劳动关系发生了一系列变化 ,这些变化需要重建新的道德基础。

【Abstract】 Labor relation is a kind of administrative relation under the Chinese planned economic system. Its moral base is obedience. A series of changes have occurred in the Chinese labor relation along with the development of market reform. These changes need to rebuild new moral base.
