【摘要】 目的 用^99m锝—亚甲基二磷酸盐(^99mTC—MDP)三相骨显像探讨股骨头血流变化。方法 ^99mTC—MDP加压静注,立刻打开γ像机,5min后采集一帧血池图像,4h后再作髋关节延迟图像。结果 本实验检测30例患者,其中28例在^99mTC—MDP血流灌注显像时,股骨头呈放射缺损区。结论 股骨颈骨折后24h内,股骨头的血供中断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change of femoral head streams within 24 hours after femoral neck fractures with the 99mTC-MDP three dimensional images. Methods 99mTC-MDP was injected compressively into the veins of 30 patients with femoral neck fractures, immediately turn on the y camera, after 5 minutes collection a blood picture, after 4 hoursmaking the hip joint delay image. Results Thirty patients were examined, 28 cases of them showed the femoral head radioactive defect in 9r癟C-MDP blood stream pouring period.
