【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the background and motives of foreign ivestment,forecasts the six trends of cross-border M&A in the future,and interprets the necessity that China should establish an efficient system to supervise M&A.Finally,the author presents the new idea about the system which consists of Chinese government--the core of supervising forces,and other non-governmental supervisors including industrial organizations,mass media and agencies.更多还原
