基于激光三角法的挠性器件动态摆频测试系统
Study for Pendulous Frequency Measurement of Elastic Devices Based on Laser-optical Triangular Method
【摘要】 系统采用位置敏感器(PSD)作为光电探测器来测量器件的振动信号,计算机依据PSD测得的挠性器件的振荡信号,对其进行谐波分析及频谱分析,从频谱图上获得该器件的摆动频率。该方法具有非接触、响应快、易于操作等特点。实验结果表明,其摆频的分辨率为0.01Hz,重复性可达0.03Hz。
【Abstract】 A position sensitive detector(PSD) was adopted to collect the pendulous signal from the measured elastic device.Then the collected signal is sent to a computer,and the FFT analysis of the signal is completed there.The pendulous frequency of the measured elastic device can be obtained.from the related FFT diagram.The system possesses following advantages:the measurement is non-contacted one;the measuring response is quick;and the system is easy to be operated.Experimental results show that the measurement resolution of the frequency is 0.01 Hz and the repetition of the measurement results is 0.03 Hz.
