激光粒度仪光学系统的小型化设计
Design of a Compact Optical System for the Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer
【摘要】 提出一种激光粒度仪短筒功率谱采集透镜 (PSCL)系统设计方案。利用粒度仪原有短焦距傅里叶透镜作为前组透镜 ,4倍透镜组为后组透镜 ,实现焦距 F5 0 0至 F4 0 0 0的切换 ;系统筒长小于 10 2 0 mm。设计结果表明 ,该方案缩短了透镜系统筒长 ,且像质良好
【Abstract】 A compact power spectrum collection lens(PSCL) system for the laser diffraction particle size analyzer was proposed.In this system the former lens component is a short focal length,a magnifying lens of 4 times is as the later lens component to change focus length of the system from F500 to F4000.The length of the optical system is no more than 1 020 mm.The designed results show that the method makes the length of the whole system shorter,and has good image quality.
