智能型氧化锌电阻片交流参数测试系统的研究
Development of Intellective AC Parameter Measuring System for ZnO Resisrors
【摘要】 研制了基于计算机控制、数据采集、信号处理的Zn O电阻片交流参数智能化测试系统。它能自动测算 Zn O电阻片的工频参考电压、阻性电流、全电流、功率损耗、静电电容等相关参数。试验验证该系统的测量相对误差 <1%。
【Abstract】 An intellective measuring system, which is based on computer controlling, data acquisition and signal processing technology, is developed for measuring AC parameters of MOV. It can measure and calculate many kinds of AC parameters automatically, such as U AC.ref resistive current, power loss, capacitance, and etc. The tests prove that the relative measurement error of system is less than 1%.
