【摘要】 目的 对患尖周脓肿的乳磨牙采用VP糊剂进行根管充填或空管疗法的疗效观察。方法 将182例190颗患牙随机分为VP糊剂根管充填组和空管疗法组,1年后回访。结果 根管充填组治疗有效率为93.75％,空管疗法组为91.49％,经卡方检验两者疗效无显著性差异(x~2=0.38,P>0.05)。结论 空管疗法疗效好,操作简便,临床应用前景广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of root canal filling or hollow canal filling with Vitapex on periapical abscess ofprimary molar. Methods 190 teeth from 182 patients were randomly devided into the group of root canal filling with Vitapex andthe group of hollow canal filling with Vitapex. 1 year later after operation, the clinical effect was compared in two groups. ResultsThe success rate was 93. 75% in root canal filling group and 91. 49% in hollow canal filling group. The difference wasn’t sig-nificant (P>0. 05).
