离子交换树脂转移钙离子至牙釉质中的定量分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨离子交换树脂转移钙离子至牙釉质中的作用 ,为再矿化治疗提供理论依据。方法 将新离体牙釉质小块 ,分别浸泡在45Ca离子交换树脂生理盐水溶液 (实验组 )和45Ca氯化钙溶液中 (对照组 ) ,经 0 .5、2、12h后 ,测量放射活度计数。结果 实验组 0 .5h牙釉质中已有45Ca离子大量转入 ,可达 9.0 5 5个放射活度计数 /mm2 ;2h转入量达高峰 ,可达 2 0 .6 75个放射活度计数 /mm2 ;12h有所下降 ,可达 15 .775个放射活度计数 /mm2 。结论 离子交换树脂可以把钙离子转移到牙釉质中去 ,而且含量较大

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the function of ion exchange resin for transferring calcium ion into enamel and provide the theoretical basis for re calcification therapy. Methods Immerse the pieces of enamel into the 45 Ca ion exchange resin, as experimental group, and into the 45 Ca CaCl 2 solution, as control group. After 0.5 hour, 2 hours, and 12 hours, the amount of radiation from the samples were measured respectively. Results The 45 Ca transferring into enamel was observed after 0.5 hour, with the amount of radiation of 9.055/mm 2, the peak of transferring occurred after 2 hours, with 20.675/mm 2, and the transferring rate began to decrease after 12 hours, with 15.775/mm 2. There was significant difference between experimental group and control group(P<0.005). Conclusions The ion exchange resin can transfer much more calcium ion into the enamel as compared to CaCl 2 solution.
