【摘要】 经济全球化不但给我国高等教育带来了一系列的发展机遇 ,也使我国高等教育面临严峻的挑战。分析机遇和挑战 ,提出五条对策 :解放思想 ,树立现代教育观 ;深化改革 ,建立现代教育体制 ;畅开渠道 ,大力拓展高等教育的功能 ;调整结构 ,合理配置高等教育资源 ;全面提高质量和效益 ,增强高等教育的综合实力。同时也提出在经济全球化时代 ,高等教育发展应处理好以下三个关系 :全球化与本土化的关系 ;保护、输入和输出的关系 ;发展和提高质量的关系更多还原
