【Abstract】 Aiming at the shortage of existing login mode, the article analyzes the particularity of the encryption techniques applied in DB system and the characteristics of several encryption algorithms, specially DES algorithm. According to the security requirements of Railway Financial Settlement Management Information System (RFS MIS), authors design a security mechanism of the two-level user role for login validation by using 3DES encryption algorithm and DB security features.
