【摘要】 拉桥是茂兰自然保护区的水族村寨 ,妇女由于传统和经济等原因 ,社会地位低下。 2 0 0 1年开始 ,在 IUCN荷兰委员会的资助下 ,开展了织布项目试点。通过织布项目使妇女的劳动价值得到了体现 ,再通过 PRA培训使当地男性充分看到了妇女的能力 ,妇女地位得到迅速提高。因此 ,充分发挥和体现妇女能力是提高妇女地位的有效途径更多还原

【Abstract】 Laqiao is a shui nationality village located in the Maslan Natural Reserve, in which the social status of the women is lower due to traditional and economical factors. However, women’s status improved rapidly with the development of weaving project, which has been funded by IUCN of Holand committee since 2001. And local men began to be aware of women’s capacity gradually after recepted PRA training. So exerting women’a ability is an efficient way to improve their status.更多还原
