【Abstract】 Starting with the basic thought and control strategy of controlled cooling the available mode of controlled cooling and the temperature symmetrical control strategy along the steel plate’s thickness and transverse direction, on upper and bottom surface, and reasonable schemes, control method and self-learning etc are introduced. The results show, the design of controlled cooling system achieves the purpose of plate temperature consistency after cooling, which offers the methods and paradigm to modify controlled cooling system in our country’s medium and heavy plate rolling mills.更多还原
