【摘要】 强调了实施 ERP与企业业务流程重组的结合是必然趋势 ;概述了 ERP的管理思想、实施目标和实施步骤 ;提出了选择 ERP软件的 6条标准和项目实施应注意的几个问题

【Abstract】 It is emphasized that ERP should be combined with restructure of business process of enterprise as an unavoidable trend.The management ideas,project goals and phases of ERP are outlined.Six criteria for choice of ERP software and some problems worthy of consideration are presented.
