多旋流平焰烧嘴加热炉内冷态流场的数值模拟
NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF FLUID FLOW IN A REHEATING FURNACE WITH SEVERAL ROTATING-PLANE FLAME BURNERS
【摘要】 对多旋流平焰烧嘴加热炉内的冷态流场进行了数值模拟研究 ,并对烧嘴设计进行了优化。数值模拟是在任意拉格朗日—欧拉 (AL E)框架下 ,采用有限体积法自行开发的三维非定常流体流动的计算程序基础上进行的 ,通过模拟得到了加热炉内的三维冷态流场 ,并且为了优化炉内流体流动 ,改进了旋流烧嘴的设计。模拟结果表明烧嘴优化后炉内气流速度分布更加合理 ,建议在生产中采用优化设计烧嘴
【Abstract】 The fluid flow in a reheating furnace with several rotating plane flame burners was numerically simulated, with a general numerical computing program for three dimensional and time dependent fluid flow in an arbitrary lagrangian eulerian schems (ALE) based on finite volume method and the design of burners was modified. The 3 D velocity distribution in reheating furnace was obtained for optimizing fluid flows in furnace and the design of burners was modified. The computing results show that fluid flow in the furnace with optimized burners are more reasonable and it is advised to optimized burners.
