细菌聚羟基脂肪酸酯转基因植物研究进展
Recent Advances on Transgenic Plants of Bacterial Polyhydroxyalkanoates
【摘要】 本文综述了短链、中链及含短链与中链两类单体的细菌聚羟基脂肪酸酯 (Polyhydroxyalkanoates ,PHAs)的合成途径及关键酶基因。本研究所获得的短链与中链PHA合成酶基因的特征 ,以及向拟兰芥、油菜等植物中转化这些基因时 ,启动子和表达载体的构建 ,代谢流的控制 ,转基因烟草生产PHA的优势及其存在的问题。
【Abstract】 This review includes pathways and genes of key enzymes of short side chain, medium side chain and both short and medium side chain polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) biosynthesis? Characteristics of the short and medium PHAs synthesis genes cloned in our research. Promoters and vectors construction and metabolic controls involved in transform these genes to Arabidopsis thaliana and rapeseed. Advantages and problem on transgenic tobacco producing PHA were also disscused.
