【Abstract】 Based on the concept of universal Grey number, it is introduced that universal Grey number is changed into interval Grey number, interval analysis is done with extensible characteristics of universal Grey number, universal Grey function can deal with some problems that Grey number or interval analysis can’ t, and then a universal algorithm program is developed with over loading operator by MATLAB’ s oriented object programming technology.
