氨合成钌催化剂的制备及催化活性
The preparation and activity of the Ru catalysts for ammonia synthesis
【摘要】 以RuCl3·3H2 O作为钌活性前驱体 ,活性炭为载体制备了一系列Ru C催化剂 ,利用CO化学吸附等表征手段 ,考察钌负载量和预还原处理条件对钌催化剂活性金属分散状况的影响 ,并在一定的温度压力条件下进行氨合成活性评价 .结果表明 ,当钌负载量较低时 ,金属粒子晶粒度较小 ,分散均匀 ,钌利用率较高 ,当负载量质量分数为 4%时 ,炭载体对钌的分散基本已达饱和 ,随着钌负载量进一步增大 ,钌粒子呈明显聚集状态 ,分散度明显下降 ;预还原处理的条件直接影响Ru C催化剂的性能 .
【Abstract】 A novel ammonia synthesis catalyst, promoted ruthenium based on active carbon has been prepared. CO chemical adsorption and SEM are used to characterize the ruthenium catalyst. Effects of amount of Ru loading and reduction temperature of Ru/C are studied. The results show that Ru loading affects the catalytic activity obviously. With the Ru loading increased, the activity of catalyst also increased, but the dispersion of the Ru decreased reversely. The optimal Ru loading is 4(mass fraction)%. In order to avoid sintering of the Ru particle and the methanation of the carbon support, the Ru/C catalyst should be reduced at a relative low temperature, and the reduction temperature is commonly below 500 ℃.
