【摘要】 为评价神舒胶囊的安全性 ,对神舒胶囊进行了小鼠急性毒性和大鼠慢性毒性试验。结果 :神舒胶囊一次给小鼠ig不足引起小鼠死亡 ,测得 1日内小鼠ig给药的最大耐受量 (MTD)为 2 7g/kg ,相当临床日用量838倍 ;神舒胶囊大鼠连续反复ig给药 1 2周的无毒剂量为 1 .5 g/kg ,相当临床日用量 4 6 .5倍 ,说明神舒胶囊毒性低 ,为推荐临床日拟用量 0 .0 32 2 g/kg ,1个疗程 4周的安全性 ,提供了实验依据更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the security of SHENSHU capsule,it was used to make the acute toxic experiment(G1)in mice and the chronic toxic experiment(G2,continued stomach irrigation for 12 weeks)in rats.The results showed that single stomach irrigation couldn’t enough induce the mice death,the maximum tolerance doses in a day were 27 g/kg which was equivalent to 838 times of clinical daily doses.The non toxicity doses in G2 were 1.5 g/kg which was equivalent to 46.5 times of clinical daily doses.It indicates the capsule has low toxicity,and this provides the experimental basis for the security of recommended clinical daily 0.0322 g/kg and for 4 weeks as one period of treatment.更多还原
