【摘要】 为探讨重楼对宫颈癌 (Hela)细胞钙信号的影响及其抗癌作用机理。利用荧光染料Fura 2在细胞内能与游离钙结合 ,在一定波长光的激发下可发出荧光的特性 ,根据荧光的强度来检测游离钙浓度的变化 ,结果显示重楼可提高细胞内游离钙的浓度更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the influence of rhizoma paridis(RP)on calcium messenger system in Hela cells and its mechanism of anticancer,the characteristics that fluorochrome Fura 2 could combine with free Ca\+\{2+\} and give out of fluorescence under some wavelength light stimulation was used,and then the changes of free Ca\+\{2+\} were determined according to intensity of fluorescence.The results showed that RP could stimulate the in flow of extracellular Ca\+\{2+\},and then improve the cytoplasmatic free Ca\+\{2+\} density.更多还原
